The 11th KnowComplaints Inspiration.

So what are we doing? Here is our 1st core strategy:

Create an observer that reflects your loving nature and wisdom,
One that...

can see your shadow coming.
has the ability to decide whether an emotion is truth or trouble.
can deny an emotions influence over you or allow it.
can think in new ways, analyze thought, and create a conscious and healthy inner language.
has the ability to create a new template for future emotions.
can free you from any influence that keeps you from being who you want to be,
and can manage and change the complaining, critical and condemning mind.

Our most important first step is to see what is happening, and then engage the power of our will to stop future damage.

Responding skillfully to all emotions is tantamount, and that means no complaining as well as no criticizing or condemning.

Emotions are a combination of many factors, but what is most important is how we respond to them. We can change them later, but we need to take control of them now.

Unbelievably the most effective and clever way to outwit our programmed attack and defense mechanism, CCC, is to totally commit to kindness. Here I go again. Can it be so simple? Is kindness really that "intelligent" of a choice?

Kindness IS the antidote for the complaining, condemning and critical mind. You can't be cruel and cool at the same time. When you are being kind, the punishing nature of our CCC has zero room to express itself.

Every choice of kindness or compassion is Kryptonite to the CCC. When we choose kindness and deny its aggression, we are saying, "time out. You don't get to play unless your nice.", to any immature part of us that thinks disrespect, revenge or punishment is deserved.

Every time we succeed we become much more capable of making that same choice in the future. This is why we call it a "practice". Choosing kindness is a practice.

All aggression or any impulse to make someone feel pain for any reason will create future unhappiness. It perpetuates the very ignorance that causes "everyone" pain in the first place.

Attacking back is never the right answer. You can't stop pain by causing pain. You can't solve the problem of pain with the same level of consciousness that inflicted it.

It seems that to transcend and transform the complaining critical and condemning mind, we need to get spiritual and find love? Who would have ever guessed? LOL

Something to ponder: Are we modernists or tribal? Are we going to change, respect and uplift, or punish and act cavemen? How can we claim to support world democracy and lead the world out of oppression, when on the inside we are letting our lives be led by a crazy dictator? It's really like we are just finally claiming democracy for our inner world, and kicking out our inner Khadafi.

Peace to all of us!
Bryan
