My writings are intended to offer insight and guidance into a self-exploration of the complaining, critical and condemning mind. This accumulation of negative attitudes, perceptions and reactions is woven together into an unconscious matrix of negative programs that keep us from being happy, loving, and capable of living from our true heart and compassionate wisdom. Hello friends,
"This was inspired because people say to me time and time again, if they could change their thoughts and change their feelings they could be happy. I dedicated myself to exploring this, and the wisdom I found will always be the cornerstone for my healing and happiness. I am so grateful I just want to freely share this with you. Please pass it on as well." - Bryan Zerr
Want to feel better overall about absolutely everything? Do you want to create peace and happiness?
I am inviting you to take an oath to stop complaining, criticizing and condemning. Stop the whining and turn that negativity around into positive energy. A worldwide movement is under way and you should be a part of this. Take one minute to read this, and then it is your choice to join the free movement. Simple.
It is time we expose our inner critics. We all have a critical and complaining voice inside, whether we share it or not. It is the voice of the negative ego, shadow or complainer. How it got there is a long story, but most of us are victims to it in some way. We need to free ourselves and heal.
Webster, the dictionary dude not the TV character, says complaining is expressing grief, pain or discontent. Expressing grief or pain can be healthy and cathartic. Real complaining is when we express our unhappiness or discontent, over and over again to ourselves or out loud to others. This is so destructive. It reinforces our disappointments every single time. It is like we are practicing to be unhappy.
This insanity prevents our happiness. It is our "complaining minds" and our "complaining stories" that have taken control. They are spoiling the quality of our lives and we have the power to change this.
This is an intention and movement to shift this trend. I have survived HIV for 27 years and Aids for 16. I had a lot to complain about, but I saw this punishing voice was killing me. It was complaining and attacking me and everything and everyone around me. I knew I had to make friends with it to find peace and healing.
Dedicating myself to let go of complaining, criticizing and condemning has brought me more happiness than I thought possible, yet the purification continues. It takes conscious effort, intention, mindfulness, and support.
I have coached many people with these ideas and I offer my experience and insight to this movement for free. My hope is to simply inspire more love, forgiveness and kindness in this world.
This is how it works...for you, for your loved ones, family, spouses, partners, clients, royalty, enemies, co-workers....
1. Admit there is a voice in your head that talks to you.
2. Open to the idea that the critical voice is not your true voice.
3. Realize you are the witness of this voice and the feelings it creates.
4. Stop automatically believing your thoughts or your feelings and doubt them before you act on them.
5. Let me completely explain these ideas and how to apply them.
6. Practice this over and over until you are rid of the insane need to complain, criticize and condemn.
There is power in numbers and we can make a difference. These initial waves of invitations are being sent out to literally over 4000 personal contacts. Please Pass it on. Share...
SO HERE IS THE OATH:
" I_________, promise to never, ever, ever, complain, criticize or condemn, anyone or anything, ever, ever, again, and that includes myself."
We commit to what seems a fantasy, and intentionally create an endless opportunity to accept ourselves along the way.
