The 21st KnowComplaints Inspiration.

Let's jump forward: If we take back the 80% of our mind that is caught in negativity, and use it the way we want, what will we do with it?

That's a huge amount of consciousness. What do we want to fill our minds with? What attitudes and skills do we want to embrace? What does healthy, loving wisdom look like?

Below is what I came up with. Having these goals is how I created this practice. I became very clear and detailed about what I wanted, and it became even clearer what was in the way: The complaining, critical and condemning programs of my mind.

This is what we can experience and create:

To live in wonder and see beauty.
To live from kindness, compassion, patience and generosity.
To be unusually present in each moment.
To rest consistently in trust, safety and sensible thinking.
To easily accept what we can't control and move forward.
To successfully direct your mind at will.
To lovingly deflect aggression or anger.
To discipline yourself into health and balance.
To be courageous and adaptable.
To be forgiving and realistically optimistic.
To communicate respectfully and kindly at all times.
To find authentic pleasure.
To be grateful and appreciative.
To respect and accept when we disapprove.
To be as comfortable as possible with disappointment, loss and change.
To embrace the unknown with optimism and realistic expectations.
To be content with any relationship status.
To stay in peace when my desires aren't met.
To feel indifferent toward what usually annoys me.

Living and expressing ourselves these ways are not just moral or spiritual ideals. They will create personal and social peace, harmonious and loving relationships, and a more consciously responsible world all the way around.

Can you imagine what life could be like If we were all actively becoming more capable at living it and experiencing it this way? I hope this is inspiring you. The power of all of us growing together like this is extraordinary and exciting. The Facebook, YouTube, and twitter launch is next weekend. When you see it, please just click "share" or "re-tweet" and we'll see what happens! Thank you!

Below are the tweets I sent out last week. If you want to receive future ones join KnowComplaints on twitter, and you can even get them as a text message.

Tweets:

Trust the timing. When something doesn't happen it rearranges your entire future chain of events. Your unmet desire may bring amazing gifts.

If you do think about the future, make up something that feels good. Our stories rarely turn out true, so why not assume something positive?

When I make a mistake I dare someone to punish me. We're human. Life is hard. We deserve compassion. Relax into this. Be kind to yourself.

Don't let your complaining mind sabotage your week. Most of what you fear never happens. Expect good things and you're being more realistic.

Good morning. Did you get your meditation in? Also spend time in gratitude today. It's a powerful positive remedy for our complaining minds.

Take 5 min in the next 30. Find a place to relax and do reflect. Breathe and be aware. Get some space around yourself and see what's up.

This weekend is a great time to meditate. Just print my instructions: http://dld.bz/Meditate , and give yourself this powerful gift. (RT)

What story do you have going on about someone, and is it possible it isn't true? What if you gave them the benefit of the doubt?

Good morning! How's your complaining mind ? Take 5 and accept whatever's bothering you. Let go of resistance and choose peace. Just allow.

We commit to a fantasy of no complaining, and intentionally create an opportunity to practice self-forgiveness each time we miss our mark.

Back to Palm Springs!
Peace to you,
Bryan
